Trichofolliculoma, sebaceous type and multiple

An alternative diagnosis would be Folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma 

Challenging distinguishing between FSCH and STF for me, because not sure about specific stromal changes, but like very much this alternative spot ( pic 6 seems show the fibrovascular changes with some adipocytic component ).

Sebaceous trichofolliculoma. Agree with DD of FSCH. Regarded by some as same. Don't have Kazakovs book next to me for reference.

Thank everyone for your insightful discussion. I signed out this case as FSCH. As it was pointed out, it is closed related to sebaceous TF -- they might represent different stages of one entity. 

Late but my thought was FSCH!
